The Implementation Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and configuration of customer accounts. This role works closely with Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to assist with system configuration, data setup, and technical support during the implementation lifecycle. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and excels at collaboration and communication.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

  • Support Implementation Specialists with customer account setup, system configuration, and data validation activities.
  • Assist in configuring applications and ensuring setups align with defined implementation requirements.
  • Perform basic SQL queries and data checks to support implementation and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Help prepare and maintain implementation documentation, configuration checklists, and customer records.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to identify and resolve configuration or data-related issues.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities across concurrent implementation projects.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and issue resolution.
  • Follow established implementation processes and contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows.
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while contributing effectively as part of a broader implementation team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in software configuration, implementation support, or a related technical support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications and SQL database management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with implementation or onboarding processes for software solutions.
  • Experience working with project management or ticketing tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to support internal teams efficiently.
