 As a DevOps Engineer III, you will:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced cloud-native infrastructure and automation solutions. 

• Drive the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for high-scale, distributed systems. 

• Own and manage production environments with a focus on performance, resilience, and scalability. 

• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies. 

• Lead incident response and post-mortem processes, while mentoring junior engineers on troubleshooting practices. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, product) to align DevOps strategies with business goals. 

• Lead cloud infrastructure cost optimization and usage analysis initiatives. 

• Establish and enforce security and compliance standards; drive preparation for audits (e.g., SOC 2). 

• Evaluate and introduce new tools and practices to continuously improve the DevOps ecosystem. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 5+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering. 

• Deep experience with AWS services (including advanced configurations for EC2, RDS, KMS, VPC, IAM policies, etc.). 

• Strong expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred). 

• Advanced experience with CI/CD automation and release engineering best practices.
• Experience leading large-scale DevOps projects or initiatives. 

• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, or similar). 

• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and building self-healing systems. 

• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks. 
  

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
