We are a multi-disciplinary engineering design firm with specialized design and value engineering services.  The firm's core work is holistic at its approach, and it has divisions in structural, MEP, Geotechnical, and emerging construction technology such as 3D printing of concrete, technology, and 3D laser scanning.

We specialize in advanced design, design optimization, and value engineering, and we manufacture UHPC and precast elements exclusively for our own engineering-led projects. We are seeking a highly capable Industrial Engineer to lead the improvement, modernization, and automation of our UHPC and precast production operations across our UAE-based production facilities.

This is a hands-on, site-based role that requires regular presence on the factory floor to analyze processes, implement improvements, and work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams.

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for driving process optimization, automation, and systems improvement within a high-precision, project-driven manufacturing environment. The role is critical to enhancing productivity, consistency, quality, and scalability across multiple production locations.
