Industrial Engineering - Sr. Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in oil & gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead maintenance and construction-related engineering activities while ensuring full compliance with project specifications, international codes, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of construction and maintenance requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and direct construction and maintenance activities to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
• Oversee and manage Construction Subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Prepare and execute construction and maintenance plans to support efficient project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international standards, codes, and project specifications.
• Identify and implement improvements in construction, maintenance, and operational practices.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and support decision-making to maintain timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 6+ Years of work experience.

• Proven experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or major infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, maintenance practices, economic principles, and industry regulations.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
