We’re currently hiring a Classroom Teacher in our Infant program, working with children ages 6 weeks to 15 months. This role is ideal for a compassionate, steady, and team-oriented educator who finds purpose in the tiniest milestones and the biggest relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Caring for infants’ individual feeding, sleeping, and developmental schedulesEngaging children through age-appropriate play, music, movement, and interactionAssisting with diapering, bottles, meals, naps, and outdoor timePreparing lesson plans, materials, and monthly newsletters with your co-teacherMaintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom environmentTracking developmental progress and completing assessmentsParticipating in staff meetings and required professional development(This is an active, hands-on role that includes time on the floor, lifting to 50 lbs, and being on your feet for much of the day.)
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
EEC Infant/Toddler Certification,Early Education Degree, CDA, or equivalent experience (required)Experience in a center-based or private school settingA nurturing demeanor and a genuine love for infant careStrong teamwork, time management, and communication skillsFlexibility to work an 8-hour shift within school operating hours
