Toddler Teachers, do you love big personalities, fast development, and watching confidence grow in real time? This might be the most rewarding role you’ll ever have.

At Magical Beginnings, toddlers are where curiosity takes off, independence begins, and every day brings something new. Since 1990, we’ve built education-first environments that honor child development and the educators who guide it.
We’re currently hiring a Toddler Classroom Teacher to work with children ages 15 months to 2.9 years — a role for patient, energetic, and compassionate educators who understand that toddlers are learning everything for the very first time.

If you can celebrate first words, support big emotions, and find joy in messy play and meaningful progress, you’ll feel right at home here.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

  • Hold EEC Infant/Toddler Certification

  • Create a fun and safe learning environment for your students.
  • Support language development through songs, stories, conversation, and play

  • Help toddlers build independence while offering comfort and reassurance
  • Follow daily schedules that provide consistency and security
  • Communicate with families through our various tools, including but not limited to newsletters, family app, and classroom updates
  • Observe, document, and track developmental milestones
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
