We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist who will run our influencer operations to deliver authentic video content that reaches parents, teachers, and school administrators on social channels. This individual partners closely with our brand, creative design, and paid marketing teams as well as influencers to translate marketing strategy into compelling content.

This individual will combine strong operational rigor and expertise with creative judgment and relationship management. They will be accountable for the full influencer lifecycle, from creator identification to content delivery and relationship nurture; supporting both organic social and paid marketing initiatives to drive product adoption and brand love.

What you’ll do

  • Influencer campaign management: own the influencer marketing program end to end, from creator discovery to content publishing, use an influencer marketing platform to upload and send briefs, review content, provide feedback, submits ticket to internal design team if needed, ensure timely and accurate posts
  • Creator sourcing & relationship management: identify, vet, recruit, negotiate and contract with influencers using influencer management and social media platforms. Manage all communication, drive clarity on briefs, and build excitement for the program to establish and maintain long term positive relationships with creators
  • Production and budget tracking: Ensure content production quantity meets date and brief topic goals, manage creator payments, track creator compensation costs to ensure tracking against budget
  • Paid marketing partnership: submit video assets with relevant details to paid marketing manager for promotion and partner internally as needed translate new landing page design requirements or pixel placement needs to web teams
  • Who you are:

  • We highly value your skills and work ethic over the number of years of experience. However, this role typically requires at least 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or similar field
  • You have hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns end to end and experience using influencer marketing platforms
  • You are familiar with Instagram and TikTok content formats, trends, and ads
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross functionally
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
