A growing design and manufacturing organization is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to assist regional sales efforts and support a project-driven, consultative sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career sales professional looking to grow within a B2B environment tied to architecture, construction, and design.


Position Overview

The Inside Sales Support role partners closely with external sales leaders and internal teams to manage sales activity, support quoting, and help move projects through the pipeline. This position plays a critical role in client communication, project coordination, and internal collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review informal and formal quotes for sales opportunities

  • Support sales strategies that improve funnel progression and close rates

  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients during the sales and project process

  • Track and report sales activity, forecasting, and bookings using CRM tools

  • Provide technical product knowledge and coordinate with internal experts as needed

  • Review specifications, construction documents, and assist with take-offs

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with marketing on sales presentations and collateral

  • Share client and market feedback with internal design and product teams


Candidate Profile

  • Strong communicator and active listener with a client-first mindset

  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects at once

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable supporting both direct sales and rep-supported sales models

  • Confident, professional, and motivated to grow within a sales organization


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or sales support experience

  • Experience working with architects, contractors, designers, or related partners preferred

  • Familiarity with commercial or project-based sales environments

  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
