The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Austin, TX, office, primarily focused on winning 1 and 2 location inbound leads. The successful candidate will be focused on guiding small independent restaurant operators through a buying process, earning new business and establishing the R365 SaaS platform as the top backend restaurant resource in the industry.
1-2+ years’ inside sales experience.
Inside sales experience, in the restaurant industry, preferred
Open to constructive honesty and constant development.
Proficiency and experience in high volume selling with sales transactions and sales cycles less than 30 days
Familiarity with modern AI-copilot and approaches.
Demonstrate continual sales success with SMB level clients in the restaurant industry
Experience with Salesforce and other AI-forward sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team
Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Customer Success
Familiarity with all Microsoft software systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to be in the Austin office Tuesday-Thursday.
