We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role
focuses on lead generation and appointment setting to support our U.S.-based sales team. You will be
responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying potential prospects, identifying decision-makers, and
scheduling appointments for the sales team to present managed IT services and solutions.
This is a performance-driven role requiring excellent communication skills, persistence, and a results-oriented
mindset. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with U.S. clients, handling B2B outbound calling,
and using CRM tools to manage and track lead pipelines.
Job Description:
The Inside Sales Resource will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by
engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to
work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads daily, following provided scripts and value propositions.
- Research target companies to identify key decision-makers and gather relevant business information.
- Qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria and determine their IT services needs.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the U.S. sales team to conduct consultations and demos.
- Accurately document and manage lead details, call notes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development to ensure alignment on lead quality and sales objectives.
- Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including calls made, leads qualified, and appointments booked.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach to engaging with potential clients.
- Provide weekly reporting on lead generation activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably for U.S. or international clients).
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation KPIs.
- Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written (neutral accent preferred).
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Familiarity with lead sourcing tools, prospecting techniques, and online research.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and meet deadlines consistently.
- A quiet, distraction-free home office set up with reliable internet connectivity.
- Experience working in the Managed IT Services or technology solutions industry.
- Background in B2B appointment setting for SMB or mid-market clients.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar lead databases.
