Instructional Designer

Müller's Solutions is looking for a creative and passionate Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and learners. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and multimedia teams to design and implement instructional materials for various delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze learner needs and objectives to design instructional materials that enhance knowledge retention and application.
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and prototypes for e-learning courses and training programs.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including visuals, animations, and interactive elements, to support learning objectives.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of instructional materials through feedback and data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to implement best practices in instructional design and educational technology.
• Ensure that all materials are accessible and inclusive, accommodating diverse learner needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, technologies, and adult learning theories.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate training or e-learning context.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and best practices.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with SCORM/AICC standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative learning experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
