Requirements

- SFA searchers are typically highly motivated MBA graduates, committed to being CEOs.

- SFA accepts only solo searchers; no partnerships please.

- SFA only backs searchers conducting nationwide searches in the U.S.

- SFA requires searchers to have U.S. work authorization.
