Overview:
WS Development is seeking a 2026 Intern to join the Hyde Park Village Field Team. This role will work closely with the General Manager and Marketing Manager, gaining hands-on experience in mixed-use real estate development with a strong focus on event planning, on-site activations, marketing, and social media management. The internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how experiential programming, digital storytelling, and community engagement drive awareness and growth for a destination.
Timing: February through May (may extend beyond May)
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week; some weekends required
Location: This position requires the intern to work in-office at 1646 W Snow Ave, Tampa during standard business hours. No remote opportunities are available.
