We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to hunt, not just manage pipelines. This role is built for someone who specializes deeply in one recruiting lane and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates through strong sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building.
You may specialize in Executive Assistants, Marketing roles, or Technical roles. You do not need to be an expert in all three. What matters is that you are exceptional in at least one area and know how to run focused searches with speed, precision, and judgment.
This is not a coordinator role. You will own searches end to end, operate with autonomy, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to fill critical roles efficiently.

What You’ll Work On
Specialized Recruiting and Sourcing
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles within your area of specialization Executive Assistants, Marketing roles, or Technical roles
- Build targeted sourcing strategies based on role requirements and market conditions
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and creative outreach
- Write personalized outreach that drives strong response rates
- Maintain active, warm pipelines rather than reactive shortlists
Search Strategy and Execution
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role context and success criteria
- Translate loose or evolving requirements into clear sourcing and screening strategies
- Screen candidates with a strong signal-to-noise mindset
- Move fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
Pipeline Management and Reporting
- Keep ATS pipelines clean, accurate, and well-documented
- Track sourcing metrics, outreach performance, and funnel conversion
- Communicate progress clearly and proactively with internal stakeholders
- Flag risks early and adjust search strategies as needed
Process Improvement and Collaboration
- Share sourcing insights, talent market feedback, and hiring trends with the team
- Help refine recruiting workflows, templates, and best practices
- Contribute to a high-standard recruiting culture built on accountability and clarity
What You Bring
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments
- Deep specialization in one of the following:
- Executive Assistants and senior support roles
- Marketing roles across growth, performance, content, or brand
- Technical roles such as engineering, data, product, or AI-related positions
- Strong sourcing background with proven ability to generate candidates proactively
- Confident communicator who builds trust with candidates and hiring managers
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple searches at once
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting across global or remote talent markets
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing or recruiting automation tools
- Startup or high-growth company recruiting experience
