About You

We’re searching for someone who’s organised, proactive and passionate about the tourism industry. You’ll bring experience, creativity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment along with:

  • A tourism-related qualification (desirable) and at least 3 years’ experience in domestic distribution
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative and innovative mindset to generate fresh ideas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally travel reservation systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and outside normal office hours when required
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively

About The Role

As our International Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to the International Sales team and ensuring our trade partners have everything they need to succeed. Your work will help us deliver seamless campaigns, maintain strong industry relationships and showcase Journey Beyond on a global stage.

No day is the same, here is what it might look like:

  • Manage a shared Trade email inbox and respond within 48 hours
  • Coordinate marketing briefs, campaigns and distribute rates & collateral
  • Monitor key accounts’ websites and brochures, ensuring collateral, information and imagery are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with expo and event administration, including registrations, booth design and supporting collateral
  • Represent Journey Beyond at consumer and trade shows when required
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Revenue teams to deliver projects
  • Support other areas of the business as directed
