The Position
We are seeking an Investor Relations Manager to join our Analytics team in Athens. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact (“PIC”) for external partners on our jointly owned/financed assets (primarily vessels). This role will lead the end‑to‑end partner communication calendar, owning monthly KPI updates and quarterly deep‑dive performance reports, transforming data sourced from the Reporting and F&A teams into clear, commercial insights and commentary. The Manager will proactively brief stakeholders on material events (operational, technical, commercial, financial, ESG), coordinate responses to partner queries, and maintain alignment on investment performance and outlook. In parallel, the role will deliver a holistic internal monthly asset performance pack across the fleet and report on investments made into third party companies, ensuring consistent narratives and data integrity across audiences.
· Act as primary PIC for external partners across all joint investments and third‑party investment exposures.
· Own the monthly KPI reporting process (commercial, operational, financial, ESG where applicable) and the quarterly performance report (variance analysis, commentary, risks & opportunities, outlook).
· Translate financial and operational data into clear commercial narratives; explain drivers.
· Coordinate inputs with Reporting and FP&A teams, challenge data quality and resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain a forward events calendar and proactively brief partners on material events and potential performance impacts.
· Support governance requirements: timely circulation of materials, requests, compliance with JV agreements, confidentiality protocols.
· Produce the monthly internal performance pack for all assets (fleet‑level and asset‑level dashboards, trends, exceptions).
· Highlight performance drivers, risks and escalate issues early.
· Partner with Commercial/Operations/Technical/Finance to capture operational context behind financial outcomes.
· Drive reporting automation and cycle-time reduction in collaboration with Reporting, FP&A, and Analytics.
· Contribute to IR best practices, benchmarking, and investor/partner feedback loops.
· Assisting with investor day events and track record material.
