Requirements
What you will do:
- Build and execute Sidetrade's investor relations strategy alongside Chief Communication Officer, owning the full scope of financial communication to the market.
- Drive proactive investor engagement (organize meetings, earnings calls, and investor presentations, while maintaining a structured IR database). Track sentiment, flag shifts, and brief leadership with actionable takeaways.
- Run an employee shareholder engagement program, producing content that connect Sidetrade's equity story to the people who build its success.
- Analyze stock performance (ALBFR.PA), peer benchmarks, and sector trends. Produce materials that support how the market reads Sidetrade.
What you’ll bring:
- Master's degree from a grande ecole de commerce or equivalent (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, EDHEC, or comparable). Recent graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome.
- Genuine interest in capital markets and corporate finance. Prior internships in equity research, M&A, investor relations, or corporate finance are a strong plus.
- Strong analytical instinct: comfortable with financial statements, valuation metrics, and turning data into a clear story.
- A proactive, structured mindset.
- Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
