情報セキュリティ東京オフィスは、米国およびヨーロッパ、アジア各国のDevOps、ITチームと連携しながら、世界中で販売しているゲーム機およびゲームネットワークサービス、日本・アジア拠点のITシステム・インフラ・PCおよびオペレーション全般のセキュリティ確保を担当しています。各チームは開発部署出身者や他のIT・セキュリティ企業の経験者など、多様なメンバーで構成されています（2025年2月時点、計20名）。国内だけでなく、米国・アジア拠点の開発・運用チームおよび米国・イギリスのセキュリティチームと一緒に働くグローバルな職場です。

【職務内容】
株式会社ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント（SIE）の情報セキュリティ東京オフィスにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーまたはスクラムマスターとしてチーム運営を推進いただきます。
SIEグループ全体のITセキュリティを担うグローバルな環境で、国内外のチームと協働しながら、プロジェクトの成功に貢献できるポジションです。
■具体的な業務内容
- チーム運営および進捗管理
- 複数チームにまたがるプロジェクト／プログラムマネジメント
- 海外チームとの協業・コミュニケーション（グローバル体制下での開発推進）
- 国内外のITチーム、開発チーム、ゲーム開発スタジオ、セキュリティチーム（米国・欧州・アジア各国）と連携した課題解決・プロジェクト推進
【必須スキル・経験（MUST）】
- 英語を用いた海外チームとの協業経験
- 5〜10名以上のチームを3年以上リードした経験（チームリード／プロジェクトリード）
- 3年以上のスクラム開発経験
- リリースサイクル全体のマネジメント経験
- チケッティングシステム（Atlassian, ServiceNow, Redmine等）の業務利用経験
【歓迎スキル・経験（WANT）】
- PMP資格またはスクラムマスター認定、あるいは同等の実務経験
- TOEIC 800点以上の英語力
- クラウド技術に関する知識または認定資格
- EDR製品・脆弱性管理製品に関する知識または認定資格
- GPPA, Security+, CCNP, CCSE, CISSP などの業界認定資格
