We are looking for a confident and technically capable Field Engineer to support key clients across Berkshire and Wiltshire. This is not simply a reactive support role. You will be relied upon to maintain stable, high-performing environments while acting as a trusted technical partner to your clients.
You will serve as the link between client sites and internal teams, combining strong troubleshooting capability with clear communication and excellent service delivery.

What We Are Looking For
Have strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, Entra ID, Windows Server and core networking fundamentals
Thrive in a client-facing environment
Communicate technical concepts clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
