Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic leader managing high impact Digital IT projects; responsible for delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in Digital and internet technology trends to lead the definition and implementation of programs supporting the company’s Digital strategy.
- Lead all phases of IT project including problem definition, analysis, solution conceptualization, requirement definition, development and implementation including authoring related documents such as business and functional requirements.
- Design and develop proposals, usability studies, software evaluations and buy vs. build recommendations. Manage vendor relationships.
- Responsible for successful system implementations including customer feedback, communication strategies and all other aspects of project communications.
- Facilitate understanding and adoption of Technology solutions by being a Business Consultant and IT liaison.
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
Required
- Minimum 10 years of experience implementing external website technologies including search, content management systems, eCatalogs, SEO/SEM, social communities, mobile web and 3rd party packages. Ideal candidate will have Enterprise level experience implementing Adobe CQ5, Hybris and/or Endeca technologies.
- Strong understanding of Digital Experience, Content Management, & eMarketing strategies. Ability to review Site Analytics and Business Models to gain strategic insights and develop recommendations to optimize Customer Experience and Generate Demand.
- IT project management with demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment managing multiple, complex projects - leading cross functional teams to deliver quality solutions. Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies.
- Solid understanding of IT systems including system design, databases and programming concepts especially HTML, browsers, Javascript, Web Services and AJAX.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations. Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.
Educational Required/Desired:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing OR equivalent experience and knowledge required.
- MBA or Masters in Information Technology Management preferred.
- Project Management Certification strongly desired.
