We are currently looking IT Project Manager - Banking our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.
Experience:
• 8+ years banking and transfromation experience with Retail Banking and/or Wealth Management exposure.
• Experience delivering WM transformation, growth, or client experience initiatives.
• Strong PM delivery discipline with hands‑on BA capability.
• Client‑centric, pragmatic, and execution‑focused
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management Skills:
• Lead a Wealth Management program focused on
• -Qatar Retail Wealth initiatives
• -Private Banking (PB) expansion
• Own end‑to‑end delivery across multiple WM initiatives.
• Structure programs into clear project plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Perform hands‑on analysis of client journeys, advisory processes, and servicing models.
• Define and validate business requirements with Relationship Managers and business leaders.
• Ensure initiatives deliver tangible improvements in client and advisor outcomes.
Business Analyst Skills:
• Ability to conduct business analysis to define business and functional requirements.
• Ability to document BRDs, user stories, and process flows (current state, interim, and target state operating models) aligning to revenue outcomes.
• Analyze front, middle, and back office workflows to identify gaps impacting productivity or client conversion.
• Work closely with all key stakeholders including Technology and Operations to ensure solutions are feasible and effective.
• Ensure solutions are practical and aligned with business realities.
Business & Domain Exposure:
• Apply understanding of PB & retail products and services
• Apply understanding of both insitutional and client lifecycle, product penetration, and pricing dynamics.
• Support decision‑making with data, logic, and commercial context
