Senior Recruiter – Oracle ERP (Fusion & EBS)
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Minimum Qualification: MBA – HR Specialisation
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter with proven hiring experience in Oracle ERP – Fusion and E-Business Suite (EBS) technologies. The role requires strong exposure to Middle East markets, especially Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for niche ERP requirements. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand ERP talent needs across Fusion and EBS modules.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of ERP consultants for Saudi/GCC clients.
Leverage Boolean search, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
Ensure compliance with client-specific hiring practices and regional requirements (KSA focus).
Maintain recruiter branding and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline onboarding and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of recruitment experience in IT/ERP domains (Fusion & EBS).
Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, SCM, HCM, PPM).
Prior experience hiring for Middle East-based clients (Saudi/GCC preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
