IT Support Specialist
About the project
We are seeking three skilled IT Support Specialists (Senior and Regular levels) to provide technical support for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of IT support best practices and the ability to troubleshoot a diverse range of technical issues.
Work Mode: This position requires an initial 3-month onsite period in our client's Warsaw office. Following this period, you will transition to a hybrid model (one day per week onsite).

Requirements
Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
At least 2 years of experience in similar role (4+ years for Seniors).
Experience with remote support tools.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Polish and English language - advanced.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Provide remote technical assistance to users.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
Maintain IT inventory and asset management.
Adhere to security best practices and policies.
Proactively escalate complex incidents to the appropriate competence centers.
