Turabify Co. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT & Systems Operations Specialist to join our team in Franklin, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing our technical systems to ensure a stable and efficient IT environment across our organization. You will support core platforms, including Google Workspace, Dentrix Ascend, Gusto, DocuSign, and internal automation systems, while also maintaining network infrastructure and user access controls. As the IT & Systems Operations Specialist, you will troubleshoot technical issues, manage system configurations, oversee access lifecycle processes, and improve operational workflows to support the daily functions of our high-volume dental practice. Responsibilites
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to ensure operational continuity
- Support workstations, printers, scanners, tablets, and other clinical and administrative devices
- Configure and deploy new employee workstations and system access
- Administer user accounts across Google Workspace, Dentrix Ascend (non-clinical), Gusto, DocuSign, Abyde, and Workable
- Provision and deprovision system access in alignment with role-based security standards
- Conduct regular access audits to ensure compliance and eliminate unauthorized access
- Support and maintain internal automation workflows, including monitoring and troubleshooting automation failures
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through system improvements
- Maintain LAN/WAN network stability, including routers, switches, firewall, and WiFi infrastructure
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues related to DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP configurations
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed
- Update and maintain website content and ensure digital integrations function properly
- Document recurring technical issues and maintain organized system documentation
- Maintain hardware inventory and configuration records
- Assist with technical support during onboarding and execute system deactivation procedures during offboarding
- Provide timely and professional technical support to clinical and administrative staff
Requirements
- Must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Franklin, Ohio to be considered
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience administering SaaS platforms and managing user accounts
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience supporting hardware and peripheral devices in a professional environment
- Familiarity with role-based access control and basic security principles
- Experience supporting or maintaining workflow automation systems (Make.com or similar platforms preferred)
- Ability to document technical processes clearly and maintain organized system records
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical staff professionally
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm in a high-volume environment
- Must be available to work two Saturdays per month as part of the regular schedule
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
