Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and features via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and service options to customers.
• Assist with scheduling maintenance, service appointments, and addressing any service-related questions.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
• Collaborate with different internal teams to enhance customer experiences and address inquiries promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to deliver knowledgeable service to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to various customer needs.
• Proficient in using CRM software and general office applications.
• Must be able to work independently and must be located in Greece.
