As a representative, you will assist clients in Italian, ensuring they receive premium support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to fashion products, order status, and brand services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information about product availability, features, and styling advice.
• Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document inquiries in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand promotions to provide clients with relevant information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the fashion or luxury industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing memorable customer experiences.
