As a member of our customer service team, you will assist Italian-speaking customers in navigating their orders and inquiries seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding food orders, delivery schedules, and service-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, promotions, and delivery options.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with their orders and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with delivery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed about food and beverage trends to better assist customers and offer suggestions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the food or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
