Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle inquiries related to grocery orders, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Document customer interactions accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
• Participate in training to stay updated on products and best practices in the grocery sector.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for customer service and helping others.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
