Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to imaging technology products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information about product specifications, usage, and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements
