Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via email, phone, and chat.
• Efficiently address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online retail.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Document customer interactions accurately to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and enhance customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A passion for customer service and retail.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
