Your Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions for improved service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong passion for customer service and online shopping.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
• Enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented environment.
