Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to social media features, account issues, and platform policies via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide users with guidance on how to use the platform effectively, including troubleshooting technical issues.
• Assist with account setup, modifications, and privacy settings.
• Resolve user complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure continuity of service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide users with updated information about platform features and changes.
• Stay informed about social media trends and best practices to assist users effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technology or social media environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
