This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to our streaming services while communicating effectively in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information on content availability, billing, and account management.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting streaming issues to ensure a seamless viewing experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences.
• Stay informed about new content, features, and industry trends to provide relevant customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for handling technical inquiries.
• Ability to multitask and manage various customer interactions in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, while based in Greece.
