In this important position, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to repairs and warranty services for consumer electronics. Your role will be to ensure that customers receive timely and accurate support, fostering a positive experience. Your Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding repair processes and warranty claims for consumer electronics.
• Document customer interactions efficiently in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services offered by the company.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly within consumer electronics, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with a passion for technology.
