Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the online marketplace platform, solving problems and providing helpful solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer service goals and enhance overall satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about new features and platform updates.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer support.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce setting, is a plus.
