Position: Automation Java Engineer

Overview: Our Client is seeking a talented Automation Java Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will create and manage automation frameworks and test scripts using Java to ensure our software applications deliver the highest level of quality. Your contributions will help shape the testing strategy and improve our overall development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and test frameworks using Java.
• Collaborate closely with QA and development teams to identify test requirements and improve testing coverage.
• Implement and execute test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide feedback to development teams.
• Document testing procedures, frameworks, and results for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Participate in continuous integration and deployment efforts to enhance automation within the DevOps pipeline.
• Contribute to testing best practices and innovation within the QA team.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in automation testing with a solid background in Java.
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges within the development process.
