JD Edwards CNC Administrator

The position is on rolls of our company LinkTag but deployed at client location: A renowed product based firm, either in Bangalore or Hyderbad

The JD Edwards CNC Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of multiple customers' existing EnterpriseOne installations. The CNC System Administrator’s role is to administer, maintain and protect the JDE Enterprise One software environment in an iSeries and Unix environment.

Experience with JD Edwards Xe, Enterprise One 8.12, with 9.0 and 9.1 highly preferred.
Experience with Install, Setup, Configuration and package builds.
Familiarity with Oracle database, Microsoft SQL Server and DB2
Familiarity with Sun Solaris, AS400
Strong knowledge of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOneTechnical Foundation tools and CNC functionality.
Excellent technical knowledge, aptitude and experience in the areas of server administration, networks, Workstations, JDE application software and troubleshooting/problem solving techniques.
Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Tools Release upgrades.
Implement and maintain JDE security in accordance with established procedures.
Familiarity with OAS & WebSphere and experience with basic administration, of this environment.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Good oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Able to conduct research into JDE/iSeries issues and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Highly self motivated and directed.
Provide complete and timely support for end users.
Recommend new best practices.
