Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store, providing detailed and accurate product knowledge on jewellery collections.
• Understand customer preferences and effectively recommend suitable jewellery to drive sales conversions.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
• Maintain high visual merchandising (VM) standards to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Address customer queries and concerns promptly to deliver a superior shopping experience.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective follow-ups and after-sales engagement.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
• Process billing and payment transactions accurately and prepare merchandise for delivery.
• Focus on customer retention by nurturing relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper handling.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth store operations and order fulfillment.
• Use POS systems, ERP software, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento) for sales and inventory management.
