The Jewelry Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards in the store. The role focuses on providing customers with expert product knowledge, ensuring a memorable shopping experience, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales techniques and relationship management.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, assist, and engage customers with personalized attention and detailed product knowledge.
- Influence purchasing decisions and drive jewelry sales to achieve monthly and seasonal revenue targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising (VM) to ensure the store is attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Address customer queries promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage payment transactions accurately and oversee merchandise delivery preparations.
- Retain existing customers while attracting new ones through excellent service and relationship building.
- Monitor and manage store inventory to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams for smooth store operations.
- Operate POS, ERP, and Magento systems efficiently for billing and sales management.
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Product knowledge in jewelry or luxury retail (preferred).
- Familiarity with POS, ERP, and e-commerce systems.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales excellence.
