We are seeking a JIRA Administrator to provide enterprise-level support to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and demonstrated experience with JIRA administration.
Qualifications
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience with Rest API
Understanding of Jira Query Language
Fluent English communication skills
Job responsibilities
Implement changes/updates in existing JIRA projects based on incoming requests
Establish new JIRA/Confluence Projects with all their components (new workflows, field configurations, permission schemes, etc. )
Provide day-to-day JIRA and Confluence Projects support to employees
Support JIRA and Confluence administration, including creation and management of custom projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields
Provide User Management and grant user permissions in accordance with project roles following Internal Security protocols
Set access permissions for JIRA projects and Confluence spaces in accordance with established procedures
Create, maintain and support dashboards and advanced filters for end users reporting capabilities
Work with third-party add-ons to extend Jira functionality as needed
Escalate issues to higher administration team upon exhausting troubleshooting options
