Account Executive
📍 Remote (EST Hours) | 💼 Entry-Level to Mid-Level | 🚀 Growing National Franchise
We’re hiring an Account Executive to join the sales team at a rapidly expanding franchise brand. If you’ve got 1–2 years of sales experience, a knack for building relationships, and the drive to grow with a company on the rise—this could be a great fit.
You’ll work directly with prospects to guide them through the sales process, answer questions, and help them take the next step in becoming franchise partners or clients.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
Manage incoming leads and conduct outreach to warm prospects
Run discovery calls and walk interested buyers through the sales process
Schedule follow-ups and assist in closing new deals
Keep your pipeline organized and updated in our CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve the process

Bring energy, follow-through, and a people-first approach to every conversation
✅ What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of sales, inside sales, or customer-facing experience
Clear, confident communicator—both on the phone and in writing
Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Friendly, professional, and goal-oriented
Comfortable working remotely and keeping a consistent EST schedule
Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
