What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging product demos to prospects and clients (SaaS / AI experience preferred)
• Onboard and train new customers for rapid adoption
• Act as the bridge between clients and the product/dev team
• Test and validate all updates before release to clients
• Collect and relay feedback, issues, and feature requests
• Drive usage, satisfaction, and retention across our client base

What You Must Have:

• 2–4 years in customer success, onboarding, or SaaS support
• Excellent verbal and written English (neutral accent preferred)
• Willingness to work EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
• Strong presentation, training, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients

Great to Have:

• Experience in recruitment or staffing industry
• Worked with corporate recruiters or staffing agencies
• Familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, or QA workflows
• Previous work with AI, TTS, or voice-based products
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
