This role is most ideal for an individual who enjoys a client-facing role and project management
The Junior Account Manager’s responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first and primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Develop strong relationship and trust with clients by providing exceptional support
- Monitor and analyze client campaign performance, including conveying regular updates, new requests and reports to them
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, creative, analytics) to ensure projects are executed on time and per requirements
- Be the lead person to execute overall campaign set up on the SKALE platform per the requirements
- Work alongside Senior Account Managers to ensure overall user experience is smooth
- Be the key person to follow up with clients on items required from them based on project timeline and to translate commercial requirements into briefs for internal team coordination
- Actively drive testing of platform alongside clients and senior account managers before it goes live
- Collaborate with Senior Account Managers to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts

- Bachelor’s Degree required, min 1 to 2 years work experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Asana
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
