Role Objectives:
The WEP Clinical Junior AI Engineer / AI Specialist supports the adoption and implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the organization. This role focuses on applying Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to deliver practical, business-focused insights. The Junior AI Engineer / AI Specialist collaborates with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases, develop AI-enabled workflows, and support automation and analytics initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Support the configuration and rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Build and maintain Copilot agents using Copilot Studio. Develop AI-enabled workflows using Power Automate and other Power Platform tools. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support AI initiatives and business insights. Assist with prompt design, testing, and optimization for AI solutions. Collaborate with business users to identify and prioritize high-value AI and analytics use cases. Support AI and Power BI adoption through training, documentation, and user support. Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles, data privacy standards, and organizational security policies. Contribute to continuous improvement of AI workflows, data processes, and reporting capabilities.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in AI, automation, software development, data analytics, or a related field Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Copilot Studio Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding, reporting, and data modeling Basic experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps Understanding of generative AI concepts and prompt engineering principles Experience with Python, DAX, SQL, or JavaScript is desirable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development
