Junior In-house Counsel

We picture you as a junior In-House Counsel with a background in law and a growing interest in finance and business. Working under the guidance of business owners and the Head of Legal, you help address both routine and more complex legal questions, supporting day-to-day legal tasks while gradually contributing to more challenging legal matters.

👉 What you'll do

• Manage the daily legal agenda

• Interpret and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies relevant to the crypto/fintech sector

• Provide guidance on legal matters across the company, including contractual, regulatory, and employment issues

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal and commercial risks are minimized

• Stay abreast of legislative changes in the EEA, UK, and USA that could impact company operations

• Advise on the legal aspects of new product launches and business strategies

• Co-responsible for archiving contracts

💪 About you

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a legal role (law firm or an in-house position)

• Familiarity with EU regulatory environment

• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide clear, actionable advice

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating legal concepts to non-legal personnel

• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Experience in conducting legal research and staying current with evolving legal trends

• Proficient in using technology and legal research tools
