We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Operations team and work at the heart of how OAK'S LAB builds, delivers, and evolves.
This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, get their hands dirty, and grow into a leadership position. You'll work directly alongside our senior management team—including the COO, Head of Engineering, Head of Product, Heads of Delivery, and Head of Design—all of whom have decades of experience building and scaling software products.
You won't just be coordinating. You'll be contributing to how we operate, how we adopt AI across the business, and how we deliver products to some of the most ambitious tech companies in the US. We're moving to agentic coding and AI-first development—and this role puts you right at the centre of that transformation.
If you're organized, curious, and want to be part of the leadership engine of a fast-moving product company—this is the role for you.
Coordinate product syncs, track action items, and maintain project health dashboards across our portfolio of active products
Support our Delivery Managers and Product leads with operational rhythm—scheduling, follow-ups, status reporting, and logistics
Act as a connective layer between leadership and delivery teams, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization
Coordinate the rollout of AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and other agentic) across our teams
Manage AI tool licensing, onboarding, and usage tracking
Work with our security team to streamline the review and approval process for new AI tools—bringing development context to compliance conversations
Support project-specific AI compliance and documentation requirements, especially for US-based enterprise clients
Champion and maintain the OAK'S LAB WAY—our proprietary product development methodology—keeping documentation current and actionable
Ensure our knowledge base is structured for agentic workflows (AI agents need well-organized documentation to work effectively)
Drive documentation standards and process improvements that make the whole company more efficient
Support our ISMS (Information Security Management System) documentation and compliance processes
We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of professional experience who combines strong organizational instincts with genuine curiosity about technology and AI. You don't need to be a developer, but you should care deeply about how great products get built.
Experience: You have 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, product coordination, or a related role in a tech or digital services environment
Organization: You're highly organized with a natural ability to keep multiple workstreams on track without letting things fall through the cracks
AI curiosity: You're genuinely excited about AI, beyond simple conversations with ChatGPT.
Communication: You communicate clearly and confidently—whether you're writing a project update, running a sync, or flagging a risk to senior leadership
Language: You speak and write English fluently. Our company language is English and our clients are US-based
Drive: You're proactive and self-directed. You see what needs to be done and you do it—without waiting to be asked
Tools: You're comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Asana, or similar project management platforms
Technical awareness: You have a basic understanding of software development concepts and product lifecycle—you don't need to code, but you should understand the world you're operating in
This isn't a traditional coordinator role where you'll be stuck in an admin corner. Here's what makes it different:
Direct access to a senior leadership team with decades of experience building products and scaling companies
A front-row seat to how AI is transforming software development—you'll be helping drive that change, not just watching it happen
Exposure to product management, engineering operations, and business strategy across 10+ active products
A clear path to grow into a leadership role as the company scales its AI-first approach to delivery
You'll work in one of Prague's best offices, right on Old Town Square, surrounded by ambitious, talented people from nearly 20 countries
Flexible working hours
26 days off + 1 additional day for every year working with OAK'S LAB (capped at 30 days)
Top-of-the-line MacBook and hardware budget
Budget to spend on your growth (books, courses, conferences)
Free English lessons
Team bonding, happy hours, online games, annual offsite trips
Outside of work activity clubs (yoga, traveling, football, tennis, etc.)
Snacks and drinks in the office, weekly pizza, monthly breakfast
Landmark office right on Old Town Square (dog-friendly)
