Junior IT Support Engineer

A major 4th party logistics services company, known for its impeccable innovative solutions is looking for an : IT Support Engineer.

• Provide 1st level support to all users and branches (remotely / on site).
• Participate in network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting (PC ,Printers , RF Terminals).
• Coordinate in maintenance of infrastructure: Computer Rooms, New Office Installations.
• Installing and configuring end-user’s computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers.
• Take ownership of Hardware management, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate in operating Systems management, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting (Windows 10,11).
• End-user’s training documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field.
• 2+ years proven experience in similar roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware problems and provide quick solutions.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Eager to learn new technologies , follow processes and provide professional customer service.
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment and ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Car license and ability to travel.
