Optimiza is seeking a highly skilled Junior .NET & PowerApp Developer to join our growing team.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications and PowerApps solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards
• Coordinate and prioritize development efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.
• Promote and implement Agile methodologies within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and tools, implementing changes that enhance team effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in .NET, PowerApps, and relevant technologies, incorporating best practices into team projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field .
• Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework.
• Knowledge in Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform is essential.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development practices.
• Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
