We are looking for a Junior Sales Consultant to help grow our customer base by selling our digital products (subscription/licensing model) to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
This role is ideal for someone with early sales experience who wants to develop strong skills in B2B sales, working in a digital-first environment.
You will be responsible for prospecting, engaging potential clients online, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential SMB clients via email, LinkedIn, and other online channels
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs
- Conduct online product demonstrations (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Close subscription-based deals with new customers
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in CRM tools
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve messaging and conversion rates
Success in This Role
- Close your first deal within 90 days
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets (deals closed and/or revenue)
- Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
- Deliver effective product demos with high conversion rates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable conducting sales conversations and demos online
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Resilient and able to handle rejection
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Interest in digital products, SaaS, or technology
Nice to Have - Experience selling subscription-based or SaaS products
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold email, LinkedIn outreach)

Work Setup
