We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer specializing in 5G RAN L1/L2 to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge software for 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies, focusing on Layer 1 (Physical Layer) and Layer 2 (Data Link Layer) protocols.

Design, develop, and optimize software for 5G RAN L1/L2 components
Implement and integrate 5G protocols according to 3GPP specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of developed software
Optimize code for performance, scalability, and efficiency
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Stay updated with the latest advancements in 5G technology and wireless communications
Document technical specifications, designs, and test results
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software development for wireless communications
Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming languages
In-depth knowledge of 5G RAN protocols, particularly L1/L2
Familiarity with 3GPP specifications and standards
Experience with real-time operating systems and embedded software development
Proficiency in version control systems, preferably Git
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Experience with 4G LTE technologies is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
